About these terms
These terms govern your use of humanschool.in, our public certificate verification service, and information we publish about Human School programmes. By using the site, you agree to these terms. A signed proposal, statement of work, or client agreement will govern a paid programme and will override these website terms where they conflict.
Website use
You may use this site for lawful business and informational purposes. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape it in a way that harms availability, submit malicious code, or misuse another person's identity or credential.
Programmes and bookings
A consultation booking is a request to talk, not a confirmed engagement or promise of availability. Programme scope, fees, taxes, dates, participant numbers, cancellation terms, confidentiality, data access, and deliverables become binding only when agreed in writing.
Participant responsibilities
Clients and participants are responsible for deciding what company information may be used during a sprint, obtaining internal approvals, keeping account credentials private, reviewing AI output, and testing any tool before business use. Do not provide personal, confidential, regulated, or production data unless the engagement expressly permits it.
Certificates
A certificate records the Human School programme outcome stated on it. It is not a degree, government qualification, professional licence, employment guarantee, or endorsement of every future use of AI. Verification results reflect our current records. We may revoke a credential issued in error, obtained through fraud, or misrepresented.
Intellectual property
Human School owns the site, brand, programme structure, and materials we create unless a written agreement says otherwise. Client information remains the client's. Ownership and reuse rights for sprint deliverables will be set in the client agreement. You may not copy or sell our materials or use our name or logo as an endorsement without permission.
Accuracy and availability
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but content may change and the site may be interrupted. General examples and material on this site are not legal, financial, security, or technical advice for your systems.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, Human School is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this public website or reliance on general site content. Any liability connected with a paid programme is governed by the signed client agreement.
Law and contact
These website terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra will hear disputes, unless a client agreement states otherwise. Questions can be sent to hello@humanschool.in.

We may update these terms as our services change. The effective date above shows the current version.
