About us

AI training that ends with something shipped.

Human School exists because most corporate AI workshops end with a slide deck and a certificate. Ours ends with working tools, built by your own people, running inside your company.

Why we exist

The problem with AI training is that it's training.

Every company we talk to has run the same play. A workshop that lasts a day, a room full of nodding heads, and then nothing. The gap was never knowledge. It is the distance between hearing about AI and shipping something with it.

Nobody crosses that gap in a lecture. They cross it by building a real thing, for a real problem, against a real deadline, with someone in their corner while they do it.

So we built Human School around one rule: the engagement is not over until your team has shipped. Not understood. Not "upskilled". Shipped.

A workshop

A build sprint

Ends with a slide deck and a certificate.

Ends with a working tool your team uses on Monday.

Your team listens to someone explain AI.

Your team builds with it while we sit next to them.

Taught on toy examples that look nothing like the job.

Built on the report they already fight every Monday.

No deadline, so nothing has to be finished.

Demo Day lands on day ten whether it is pretty or not.

Six months later the notes are still in a drawer.

Six months later the tool is still running, and so is the person who built it.

You keep a vendor you have to call again next year.

You keep the tools, the method and the internal champions.

Same room. Same ten days. One of them survives contact with the calendar.

What we believe

Four rules we refuse to break.

Hands-on beats lectures

Nobody learns AI by watching slides about it. Half of every training day is your team actually doing the work, with us in the room.

Real problems beat demos

We never teach on toy examples. Everything is built around the reports, emails, and spreadsheets your team already fights every week.

Deadlines make it real

Day 10 is Demo Day whether the build is pretty or not. A scoreboard and a date do more for adoption than any amount of encouragement.

You keep everything

The tools, the wins, the internal champions. We build ourselves out of a job. That is the point.

Founders

Two builders. One rule: ship.

Om Shah

Co-founder

Skipped campus placements to build. Three years of rental ventures from zero to one, a 190+ owner community grown out of one WhatsApp group, and nine internal products shipped in twelve months with a two-person team.

Om Shah

Co-founder

Om Shah

Builds infrastructure for India's rental economy. Ships product with a two-person team and a stack of AI workflows, which is the whole reason Human School exists.

190+Rental business owners in the community he built
9Internal products shipped in twelve months
6,000+Organic leads on a marketplace he built himself
3 yrsTaking rental ventures from zero to one

The short version

Om finished a mechanical engineering degree at COEP with minors in financial engineering, then didn't sit for placements. He had already been running Rentux out of the campus, a peer-to-peer rental platform for students that started with books, calculators and drafters, and ended up testing agricultural drone rentals with Garuda Aerospace and camera gear with Pune rental houses. Two startups offered him a co-founder seat off the back of it.

Three years of rental ventures followed: RentAcross, Rento, and now Verispace, which builds the trust and verification layer the whole category was missing. Alongside it he started The Rental Community: a WhatsApp group that turned into an invite-only network of 190+ rental business owners, with a shared fraud list, a free qualified-leads channel, and offline meet-ups.

The part that matters here is how he builds. No designer, no marketer, a two-person engineering team and AI in the loop. Nine internal products in a single year, from an HRM to a CRM to a public research tool. Human School is that method, taught to your team.

What he does in a sprint

  • Picks the target
Sits with your team and kills the ideas that sound impressive but cannot ship in ten days. What survives is a real problem someone already fights every week.
  • Builds alongside
Not a lecturer at the front of the room. He is in the file with them, which is the only way the method transfers.
  • Runs Demo Day
A date and a scoreboard on day ten, pretty or not. Deadlines are what turn a workshop into a shipped tool.

Aryan Yede

Co-founder

Aryan Yede

“I find the broken process, build the fix, and make sure it scales.” Four years of running operations for enterprise e-commerce across two regions, and 20+ tools built to delete the manual work underneath it.

20+Workflow automation tools built and put into daily use
10+E-commerce stores managed: client communications and deliverables
850+Runners at the marathon he brought back from a three-year hiatus
₹1LTitle sponsorship he identified, pitched and closed

The short version

Aryan is a manufacturing science and engineering graduate from COEP who spent all four years as Class Representative and most of them running something. Campus management for ZEST, one of Pune's largest inter-collegiate sports festivals, and then the revival of the ZEST Marathon after COVID killed it for three years. He found the sponsor, pitched them, and closed ₹1 lakh.

He joined Graas.ai as an intern and left as an Associate in Project Management, sitting between clients, support, developers and QA on enterprise e-commerce accounts: Schneider Electric, Skechers, PNG Jewellers, Gargi and Haldiram. He ran operations for 10+ Schneider stores across the Middle East and Southeast Asia and drove PNG Jewellers' Magento-to-Shopify migration end to end.

The habit that defines him: every time the work turned repetitive, he wrote something to kill it. Twenty-plus tools in Python, VBA and Apps Script: dashboards, trackers, and a Shopify app that replaced a paid third-party dependency outright. In a Human School sprint he maps how your team actually works, and makes sure what gets built keeps running after we leave.

What he does in a sprint

  • Maps the real workflow
Not the one on the org chart. The spreadsheet three people maintain by hand, the tracker nobody owns, the report that gets rebuilt every Monday.
  • Keeps it running
A tool that breaks in week three was never shipped. He handles the handover, the owner, and the boring parts that decide whether it survives.
  • Coordinates the build
Four years of standing between clients, developers and QA is exactly the skill a ten-day sprint with six people needs.

Track record

  • 2024–25
Associate, Project Management at Graas.ai (EBU). Cross-functional operations across 10+ Schneider Electric stores, coordinating clients, support, development and QA to land operational and development requests on time.
  • 2024
PNG Jewellers, Magento to Shopify. Drove the migration end to end: planning, stakeholder communication, execution.
  • 2024
Rookie of the Year nominee at Graas.ai.
  • 2023–24
Intern Associate, Graas.ai. Took ownership of Skechers operations across multiple stores and introduced the workflow trackers the team still runs on.
  • 2023
